Jonathan Bishop (Panellist)

With a background in science, I fell into quality 25 years ago and have since enjoyed a rewarding career wrestling the challenges of integrating and simplifying management systems across UK and Global Construction, Manufacturing, Telecoms, Food and Biotechnology sectors. This has been made all the more fun through being a member of the CQI and in particular volunteering as chair of the London branch and now Integrated Management SIG committees. I am passionate about making management systems work effectively, which increasingly requires us to reflect on how people and the digital world interface. It’s an exciting time to be involved in quality and meeting the challenges of nurturing trust, value and ‘doing the right thing’ with our customers, in our organisations and supply chains.
