This workshop is a two day commitment.
Delivered by Michael McLean of McLean Management Consultants (MMC), this workshop provides attendees the opportunity to bring their recurring problems and non-conformities and apply a Problem-Solving Method to achieve operational, tactical & strategic improvements.
Over the two day workshop you will be working on your work-related problem where you will be coached through a Continual Improvement process and problem-solving methodology that uses the well-known Dr Deming’s Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycle.
PDSA is the core learning cycle for ISO Management System Standards Corrective Actions, Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why Analysis, 8D, Kaizen, Toyota A3 and PPS, Lean and Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies, tailored by Michael to the participants own approach and problem.
