Michael is attending as an ISO “Technical Expert”, the ISO TC176 SC3 – ISO 10009 Quality Tools – Guidelines, being the first face-to-face meeting post COVID, at the Instituto Português da Qualidade in Porto, Portugal from 17 -21 July 2021.
