Our Story

McLean Management Consultants was established in 1988 by Michael W McLean. Building upon corporate roles in engineering and productivity for telecommunications, textile, metals processing and automotive parts manufacturing, Michael joined Australia’s first management consultancy WDScott that became Coopers & Lybrand WDScott and now PwC. Bywater UK merged with MMC in 1996 and then Axon a UK publicly Listed Company purchased MMC to form Axon Solutions in 2001. MMC continues and the consultants to The Commonwealth State and Local Government, defence, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, food, financial services, insurance and banking sectors in Australian, ASEAN, Asia, Europe, Middle East, UK and USA.
